What's the difference between one-time and subscription?
A one-time purchase gives you lifetime access to the version you buy, with updates included up to the stated version range. A subscription keeps you on the latest version for as long as you're subscribed.
How do I receive my license key?
After purchase, your license key will be available immediately in your dashboard under Licenses. It is also linked to your account automatically.
Can I cancel a subscription?
Yes, you can cancel at any time. Your access continues until the end of the billing period. To cancel, contact us at

Do you offer refunds?
